Unity Account

Before we start exploring Unity, you should create a Unity Account, also known as Unity ID:

Note: You should already have downloaded and installed Unity as well as the required software for your mobile platform. You can find the list of required software and installation instructions in the Before You Get Started lesson.

When you open up Unity, you may see a prompt to Sign into your Unity ID:

It's not required to sign in, but you can go ahead and do it anyway, as it gives you access to Unity Services directly from the Unity interface.
